Please welcome Aria Richards, one of the best agents to every come out of The Academy. Aria, can you tell us a little about yourself:
Aria: Hi, thanks for having me. I’m not sure what there is to say. Like the rest of the kids who come from The Academy I’m skilled in most areas: Languages, hand to hand Combat, I’m a sharp shooter and computer programer…although I will say I’m the best computer hacker we have, much to my fathers displeasure.
Coming from an Academy of kids where you all get the same rigorous training and up brining, what sets you aside from the others:
Aria: I’m actually the only one at The Academy that was born and raised there. And Technically I’m the only non-Orphan…although to be honest it feels like I’m one as well. My father has always been my Director first and father second. We never really had that family dynamic. I’ve always lived in the housing at the school, and as a child had a house mom like the rest of the kids. Once we were old enough to live in dorms I did, so I never really shared a dwelling, or anything more than D.N.A. with my father. If you ask him I’m a better agent because of it.
The Academy is a place for kids who don’t have homes, or have a bad home life and need an escape while getting the best military training and education possible. However, as you pointed out you just grew up here. Do you ever wish you would have had a different life? Maybe a more traditional one or “normal” one:
Aria: I’ve actually asked myself that before and honestly no I don’t think I would. I mean sometimes when you are getting the crap beaten out of you or you are training in combat naps and Breaking and Entering instead of pottery or wood shop, yeah it can seem a bit messed up. But I was made for this life. I actually really love it. I’m great at what I do, and I enjoy doing it. Nothing beats the adrenaline rush! I think a “normal life” would bore the crap out of me to be honest.
Now for the likes/dislikes portion:
Favorite food: If ice-cream counts as a food, I say that. And I hate onions.
Favorite band: Twenty one pilots is my go to. I don’t like Country music, I can’t workout or run to it.
Favorite season: I love Spring. I hate Winter, running in the snow sucks.
